Alfred P. Marshall, DVM
Dr. Marshall opened the doors of East Bay Animal Hospital on January 1, 1976. The early days of practice included providing veterinary care for several of the dairy and horse farms then located in the Largo area. As time progressed and the area became more urbanized, the practice was restricted to providing the services needed for companion pets; dogs, cats, and small exotics.
Dr. Marshall’s compassion for pets and their people has helped him form strong bonds with the community and our clientele...as evidenced by the fact some of the earliest client identification numbers (002 in fact!) are still in use today as these early guests continue to entrust the care of their pets to East Bay Animal Hospital.
Dr. Marshall has taken great joy in the relationships formed with clients ...then their children.. and now their grandchildren, as well as the generations of pets he has cared for.
In 2008 Dr. Marshal retired to North Carolina! Dr. Marshall’s years of veterinary experience as well as participation in continuing education combine to provide East Bay Animal Hospital with a familiar face as our official relief veterinarian.

Terri is a third generation Floridian who shares her home with her son, Jesse, a bearded dragon named Stanley (pictured above), a DSH named Trouble and an English budgie named Loco.
