After looking for a place to take our Guinea pig for a cheek abscess this is the only vet that could take him in right away, they also boarded him for us as we were going out of town the next day, they gave him his medicine and treated him super well. We took him in for a follow up appointment today and he is happy and healthy. Everyone that we talked to at this vet were so nice and helpful from the front desk to the technicians and doctor. I would highly recommend!

I have two dogs under Dr. Moore's care. I am overall very happy. I appreciate her practical and straightforward approach. Sometimes I can have my mind made up about the way I think my boys should be treated (holistic meets medical). I always feel respected and heard, and Dr. Moore and staff respect my views. Customer service is excellent the girls there are super sweet. Theo had boarded with them before he is a bit challenging to handle. I have seen numerous times where Dr. Moore and her staff get on the floor and take their time to slowly earn his trust. We never feel that we are taking their time or rushed out the office. My other meatball Noah has chronic ear infections and skin issues. Dr. Moore Has done more than most of the veterinarians my dog has seen to send the sample to a lab and find out specifically what antibiotics work and actually fix the problem. I appreciate, knowing that I can trust your practice, and that my dogs are well taken care of when I leave town. Because I’m sure like many our pets are family.

My dog Stella had suddenly started having super red paws and jowls and was clearly in pain. I called the vet she had been going to and they declined to see her for a week but said they would give me some pills and that should do it. I called East Bay and they showed genuine concern and got her in ASAP. They did a blood test which the other vet never offered. Found out what she was allergic too and immediatly started a treatment. I felt as though they cared about my pet as much as I do. Very happy with the results.

If I could give more than five stars I would. From the very first, when Ellen answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She exhibited kindness and compassion and expressed empathy at a horrid vet experience I had just had (I was seeking a second opinion because the first vet was untrustworthy in my opinion). When we got to the office today, all of the staff at EBAH were just like Ellen: kind, compassionate, empathetic and respectful. My rescue kitty (Snuffles) and I were treated with the dignity and respect we both deserved. I ended up having to euthanize The Snuffmeister, but the entire staff made that horrible task so much easier and for that I am so grateful. You can find worse vets in this area, but you'd have to go a far sight to find a better one. I am a patient for life (well, my critters are...I'm a human with opposable thumbs). Many many thanks to the staff at EBAH for the kindness and respect that showed myself and especially Snuffles today. I am eternally grateful.

The staff is very friendly, and the office is VERY clean. It smelled like bleach (which I love the smell of). So that shows me that they take pride in keeping the area sanitary for everyone's pets. Doc was nice and listened to what I had to say about my pet rat. I was told one price over the phone for what I was bringing my pet in for, but the quote I got was substantially hundreds more, so as I do not have much money this vet is out of my price range. They did offer me a free new client pet exam, which was awesome because it saved me $47 dollars. All in all its a nice place to bring your pets.
